Grow Spatial Pvt Ltd provides digital marketing, local SEO, Google Business Profile management and social media services. The scope, timing and fees for each project are agreed with you in writing.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, access and approvals when we need them, and to have the right to use any content you give us.
Fees and payment
Fees are as agreed in your quote or invoice and are payable by the due date. Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google and Meta is separate from our fees unless agreed otherwise.
Results
Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, search engine and platform changes and your budget. We work to improve your results but cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales.
Intellectual property
Content we create for you becomes yours once paid in full. We may show non-confidential examples of our work unless you ask us not to.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question.
Ending the service
Either of us can end the service with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
